Frequently asked questions
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you start a trial on Starter or Pro, you get full access to that plan for 7 days. No credit card is required upfront. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the monthly rate from day 8.
What counts as one upload?
Each file counts as one upload — whether it's a screenshot or a multi-page PDF statement. If you upload 3 files at once, that uses 3 of your monthly uploads.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Will my data be deleted if I downgrade?
Never. All your past transactions and accounts stay intact regardless of what plan you're on. Downgrading only limits future uploads.
Which Singapore banks are supported?
Currently MariBank and DBS PayLah statements work best. More banks (OCBC, UOB, GXS) are on the roadmap and will be rolled out automatically — your plan won't change.
