What does Artos read?
Bank statement screenshots and PDFs, and receipts, that you choose.
Where does my data live?
Your transactions live on your phone. Statements are read on the phone by default. When the phone cannot read a file, and for receipts, the file is read on the Artos server. The server holds the file in memory, and the reading job deletes itself within an hour. It keeps the rows it reads for at most an hour so the app can collect them, then deletes them. Your phone keeps the only lasting copy.
Does Artos log in to my bank?
No.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, open You, then Delete all data. This wipes the database on your phone and removes your email from our server the next time the phone is online. A name and the ways to reach you that you added stay on your phone and on our server until you remove them on the You tab. The install record stays while those are still stored. To have anything else removed, such as usage events, email dewa@artos.cash.
Is Artos free?
